Debtor Help & Resources

A letter to our customers:

Green, Richard & Trent is a legal debt collection firm that strongly believes in personal values and the net worth of all individuals, no matter the social or economic background. We treat all with respect and dignity, and as such, we ask for the same in return. We are honest, understanding people who treat others how we want to be treated.

We live in challenging times now, to say the least. There is uncertainty for most and we all have our own personal challenges and desires, trying to make the lives of those we care about a little easier and more comforting.  There is a continual demand for all of our attention, and it usually involves parting of our time and/or money. Keeping centered and focused today is probably harder than it ever has been in all of history, with our commitments and desires often become blurred.

Your debt and your situation is not special. You had the best of intentions when you agreed to pay your creditor and fully intended on following through with your commitment to them. We understand this. There is no one that hasn’t faced this choice at some point in their life; bad things happen to good people.

This said, almost any problem can be settled with open COMMUNICATION prior to it becoming an issue.  Unfortunately, many of us fail to understand this until it’s too late. Simply ignoring a prior commitment and situation is never a good strategy. Poor decisions are often the result of not considering others’ needs and their challenges. There are always two sides to the coin and success can usually be found in the middle.

Sometimes a little help is all that’s needed to make ends meet and get our life back on track. Although help is seldom in the form of money to pay off debt, it can bring relief in other areas of our life and allow us to come to terms with our prior commitments. The following links are to local and governmental resources for both temporary and permanent help. Please, we ask that you are respectful of these humanitarian resources and take/receive only what you need. We provide these to help you in these challenging times and short-term only, not as an alternative lifestyle.  We embrace helping those who help themselves.
