COLLECTIONS

Generally, our contingency fees are as follows:

*Filing fees are currently $135 for small claims and are due upon filing. This filing cost will be added to the suit for collection. For existing clients this filing fee due may be deferred if there are current accounts in collection, as the fee for new filings will be debited from current collected accounts.

*Fees associated with postage, additional court or filing fees and private process fees are debited from collected amounts.

*Clients providing multiple collection cases are considered for discounted contingency fees.
